- Process Invoicing & Accounts Receivable
- Process credit card payments when required
- Process Accounts Payable
- Collections
- Answer phones
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bookkeeping: 2 years or more
- Microsoft Office
- Sage 50

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
