**Skills**
Traction Rec'rs come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from diverse backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:
- Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent training/experience
- Technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design
- Excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirements and pain points
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build trust remotely as well as in-person
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (formulas, data cleansing, and data manipulation)
- Exposure to Salesforce configuration and custom development is a definite asset
- Salesforce Certifications are a definite asset
- Expertise providing solution architecture on Salesforce NPSP and other Nonprofit Cloud offerings is a definite asset
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Past experience in user training or rolling out new technology to end users
- Experience in the non-profit sector, specifically related to donor, membership, and program management
- Effective independent time management and prioritization
- Bonus points if:
- You’ve worked in nonprofit, community centers.
- You've worked in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- You’re a results oriented person who likes to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
- You’re energized by a fast-paced environment.
- You’re confined only by your imagination, not your job description.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Work with the client to understand their current business issues and pain points
- Gather and document requirements to support business solution design results
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices for Nonprofit Cloud offerings
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage Traction Rec, the Salesforce platforms, and associated products
- Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
- Declarative Salesforce configuration to support client requirements
- Robust training and enablement for customers on Salesforce and Traction Rec functionality to help them build their own capabilities
- Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
- Work with the client to build out their CRM strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals
- Collaborating with internal support team to assist clients after system go live as needed
- Travel to clients (Must be able to travel in Canada and US, without restriction)
**Compensation**
At Traction Rec, we are committed to a fair, market-based and equitable compensation structure. Our market data is refreshed on an annual basis to reflect the most current market conditions.
The starting salary band for this role is $80,000-$95,000. Starting salaries will vary within this range based on experience and skill level.
