We’re looking for a customer-centric, creative, and organized individual to join our team of implementation specialists. As an Implementation Specialist, you will lead onboarding engagements with our clients and partners, including implementations, training, conversions, data setup and other billable services. Through needs assessment and detailed project planning, the Implementation Specialist will develop strong business partnerships with customers by functioning as a system expert, successfully onboarding clients and completing projects on-time and within budget.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, conversions and other onboarding engagements across the Lone Wolf product suite
- Deliver end user training to clients, which may include technical personnel, senior and c-level executives and administrative staff
- Perform thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities
- Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks
- Work directly with key client leads to provide expertise around software configuration
- Use expertise of Lone Wolf software and customer environments to consult agencies on best practices
- Work closely with the Adoption and Engagement, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilization
- Track project work to ensure implementations are progressing on-time and within budget
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Lone Wolf direction
- Work with internal teams on enhancing Product Delivery, defining test strategy and maintain test & use cases to facilitate user acceptance and regression testing
- Maintain a current knowledge of the real estate industry and trends within the industry
- Work collaboratively with other implementation specialists on the team on cross-training initiatives and troubleshooting as necessary
- Support Leadership if/when necessary in any operational activities

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- EDUCATION: A degree in Business, Education, and/or Communications
- EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting

- Ability to assess client needs to curate and deliver an applicable training curriculum
- Proven track record in providing remote training
- Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency and comfort in speaking and presenting to both small and large groups
- Outstanding client relationship skills
- Experience working with Technical Teams
