**Job Title**: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM**

**Location**:Remote

**Job Overview**:
As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with expertise in ITSM, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will leverage your technical skills and ITSM experience to deliver tailored solutions that streamline IT service delivery, enhance user experiences, and drive business value.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with clients to understand their ITSM requirements, processes, and objectives for ServiceNow implementations.
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
- Develop technical specifications, workflows, and integrations to support ServiceNow ITSM solution design and development.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, demonstrate solution capabilities, and drive user adoption.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure the stability, functionality, and performance of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and other enterprise systems, leveraging APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to address issues, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design practical solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM and Certified System Administrator, preferred.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $90.00-$105.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to Commute:

- Ontario, CA (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
