Bow-Cor Welding needs an Office Administrator for our Canmore-based fabrication and welding company. We are a well-established and growing business, with a loyal customer base ranging from individual homeowners to national corporations. Our Office Administrator is an integral member of our admin team, and is the liaison between what’s happening on the shop floor, what’s invoiced to our customers and what’s recorded in our accounts. You’re often the first communication with our existing clients, providing information and estimates, and you’re always thinking about ways to find new clients too.

We’ll rely on your organization and attention to detail to manage our business-critical processes of payroll, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing and project tracking. Familiarity with Quickbooks Online will be helpful. We are proud to be SECOR certified, so maintaining that accreditation, and ensuring our health and safety practices meet industry standards are part of your responsibilities.

We’re growing our social media presence to support marketing activities and will welcome your ideas for our editorial calendar, and trust you to create and post content for our website, newsletter and other channels, including Facebook and Instagram.

If you are someone who is as good with numbers as remembering names, resourceful, self-directed and technically proficient (we work in a Mac environment), this could be an ideal role for you.
