**You as an Indigenous Opportunities Coordinator will**:

- Act as a liaison between local Indigenous communities, the Project, and the wider EllisDon team
- Track and report on metrics related to Indigenous engagement and participation
- Participate in the creation of engagement and development tools, products, and programs
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of Indigenous workers and Indigenous-owned businesses
- Support in the identification of and liaison with indigenous workers and indigenous-owned businesses
- Work with all stakeholders in a spirit of reconciliation and relationship building
- Willing to learn proprietary technical systems related to the scope of work and project needs

- You have knowledge, awareness, and lived experience with the local Indigenous history and culture.
- You have strong communication skills including the use of Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, etc).
- Excellent spoken and written English; bilingual French is an asset
- Available to be on project sites and in various Communities
- Relevant educational experience is considered an asset
