Administrative Assistant

HRG is a growing renovation company looking for an administrative assistant to work closely with our CEO If you like working in a fast-paced environment, are organized and efficient, and love tackling renovation projects of all kinds, this might be the right fit.
**To be suitable for this role**:
- Greeting visitors at the reception
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Organize, schedule, and preparation of appointments
- Plan meetings and capture detailed minutes
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Assist and prepare scheduled reports
- Run errands (if required) for members of senior management
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Previous assistant experience (at least five years)
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Valid drivers license
**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
