**Job Summary**:
**General Support**:

- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts payables, posting and monitoring accounts receivable, collections and monthly reconciliations utilizing the “Infor Visual Manufacturing” system.
- Preparing weekly payroll for offsite employees.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.

**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education/Experience**
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.

**Specific Skills**
- 2 or more years’ office administration experience.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Respond to requests and inquires from internal and external customers.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Excellent Communication skills, ability to write & speak clearly and concisely.
- Operate a variety of office machines, including but not limited to computer workstations, copiers and fax machine.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks; as well as, to accept direction on given assignments.
