Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide support
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks
- Errands such as license bureau, and order pickups
- Assistance with sales customers
- Warranty / Banking / loan paper prep and processing

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
