**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, experienced administrator and a passion for customer service.

**Summary**
- Work closely with our customers and partners
- Assist in preparation of contracts, bill of sale, pre-sale and post-sale activities and reports
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle registration laws and regulations pertaining to titles
- Communicate with Car Specialists and accounting for changes/charges to vehicle account in a timely manner
- Review, monitor and ensure compliance with customer agreements
- Process paperwork and checks following the sale, provide necessary paperwork to customers
- Assist with coordination of vehicle pick up

**What You will Need**
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of office experience
- College Diploma preferrable in Accounting or Business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have organizational skills, be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- A sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Team Player who willingly accepts change and continuous improvement
