**Position Information**:
Reporting to the Manager, Communications, the Administrative Assistant 3 is responsible to perform a full range of clerical and administrative services to support including schedule maintenance, technical assistance, drafting of communications, and taking of meeting minutes.

**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**What you will bring**:

- Completion of Two (2)-year Community College Diploma in Office Administration, or equivalent;
- Three (3) years of previous experience in office administration;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams skills, including file management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills required to interact with and relay messages to all levels of hospital staff, external contacts and the general public
- Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically when dealing with staff and the general public;
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- Eligible to work in Canada.

**You will stand out with**:

- Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint, including content creation and editing;
- Experience in office administration in a healthcare environment;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
