**Job Summary**:
We’re seeking an Office Assistant to join our amazing Ottawa branch. This position will perform administrative and routine clerical tasks, but more importantly impact the rest of the team by helping with those tasks.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- General office duties such as answering and directing calls and visitors, data entry, and filing
- Maintaining kitchen area and supplies
- Ordering office supplies
- Drop shipping packing slips
- Invoice administration
- Book travel arrangements
- Maintain staff lists
- Catering orders
- Other admin duties as assigned from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience in a similar clerical or administration roles
- Sage 300 Accounting Experience considered a strong asset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail oriented and willing to embrace a structured process
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
