**Account Manager**
**Get Inspired by the Work You'll Do**
- Build strategic and strong long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Conduct meaningful meetings with customers at their location
- Travel to customer locations where required
- Consultative selling of SYNNEX products, services and values
- Ensure customer satisfaction of all customer concerns, questions, and requests for product information
- Provide pricing and program information to customers and Sales group as required
- Develop and implement business plans to meet sales revenue and profit goals
- Minimum achievement with assigned revenue and net profit dollar quota to goal
- Work with existing SYNNEX sales segments and Sales group to grow the business
- Translate business opportunities into successful sales
- Manage and report sales activities
- Provide feedback to Sales Managers on needs of customers to grow the business
- Arrange planning meetings with customers and vendors to execute quarterly plans
- Work closely with the inside team to ensure customer satisfaction as well as being a point of escalation
- Work in a safe manner. Be conscious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established health & safety measures and practices of the company. Report workplace hazards and any violations of the relevant legislation of the employer.
**Your passion is sparked by**:
- Completion of post-secondary diploma or degree from accredited College or University and/ or a mix of education and successful work experience
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant, professional sales experience, preferably in Technology
- Demonstrated ability to impact business by increasing sales both depth/breadth
- Ability to develop/maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
- Knowledge and working sales experience in technology/ technology solutions
- Strong proposal writing skills
- Ability to draft coherent and concise business plans
- Strong industry knowledge
- Team player with positive attitude
