We are currently looking for a driven **Account Manager** for the UK market. Reporting to the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be accountable for driving the strategy and sales plan required to deliver our European market growth plans.
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate, develop and execute sales strategy for multiple assigned accounts and brands;
- Complete management and execution of all phases of selling cycle;
- Develop Battat’s business on assigned accounts through effective business planning using an analytical approach to understand opportunities, strengths and objectives of account;
- Gain and maintain distribution, securing effective shelf position, promotional and marketing support for the assigned brands;
- Report on key results and metrics related to assigned market;
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets;
- Continuously review sales performance and profitability against sales objectives;
- Monitor competition to identify new trends and opportunities within the market;
- Form strong relationships with all key external and internal customers and provide effective solutions to challenges.
**Skills, Competencies & Optimal Requirements**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business
- Strong knowledge of retail sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated and solution-focused
- Ability to communicate results to executive stakeholders
- Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and be excited by an agile, changing, and dynamic culture
- Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
**Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years' national sales, account management or business development experience
- Retail or consumer packaged goods experience required, preferably within the toy industry
- Experience living in or working in the UK, Europe or other international markets preferred
- Previous experience managing national accounts for a similar company (an asset)
- Experience working with e-commerce (an asset)

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **gestionnaire de compte** motivé(e) pour le marché britannique. Relevant du vice-président sénior des ventes et du marketing, vous serez responsable de la conduite de la stratégie et du plan de vente nécessaires pour réaliser nos plans de croissance du marché européen.
**Responsabilités**:
- Évaluer, développer et exécuter la stratégie de vente pour plusieurs comptes et marques assignés;
- Gestion complète et exécution de toutes les phases du cycle de vente;
- Développer les activités de Battat sur les comptes assignés grâce à une planification commerciale efficace en utilisant une approche analytique pour comprendre les opportunités, les forces et les objectifs du compte;
- Gagner et maintenir la distribution, assurer une position efficace en rayon, un soutien promotionnel et marketing pour les marques assignées;
- Rapport sur les résultats clés et les paramètres liés au marché assigné;
- Élaborer et gérer les budgets de vente et de marketing;
- Examiner en permanence la performance des ventes et la rentabilité par rapport aux objectifs de vente;
- Surveiller la concurrence pour identifier les nouvelles tendances et opportunités sur le marché;
- Établir des relations solides avec tous les principaux clients externes et internes et fournir des solutions efficaces
