**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Learning & Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the performance of our employees. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, create innovative learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. This position requires a strong blend of instructional design expertise, project management skills, and a passion for employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborates with key stakeholders, including HR, department managers, and executives, to identify learning and development needs, goals, and objectives.
- Designs and develops engaging and effective learning programs, both in-person and online, utilizing a variety of instructional methods, tools, and technologies.
- Creates and delivers training materials, presentations, and workshops to facilitate learning across various topics, including leadership development, communication skills, diversity and inclusion, and other relevant areas.
- Conducts training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and makes data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stays up to date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate learning, organizational development, and instructional design, and incorporates them into program development.
- Collaborates with external vendors and consultants as needed to deliver specialized training programs or resources.
- Supports the implementation and management of learning management systems (LMS) or other learning technologies.
- Partners with HR and the recruitment team to integrate L&D programs into the employee onboarding program.
- Assists in the development and execution of talent development and succession planning programs.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in instructional design, learning and development, or organizational development roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of e-Learning authoring tools (ex. Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Experience in designing and delivering a variety of training programs, including e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to program evaluation and improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Professional certifications in instructional design, change management, and/or psychometric evaluations are considered a plus.
