Job Title: Learning and Development Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing effective training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to identify learning needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses to support employee development.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional manuals, user guides, and videos.
  • Coordinate with the corporate Learning and Development team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future training programs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience as a trainer, corporate training analyst, or related position.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption through change management methodologies, communication, and education.
  • Proven communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including expertise in technical writing.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Desirable Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience with BC Health Authorities.
  • Certification from a training association is an asset.
  • Degree/Diploma in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of hospital/clinical systems, care delivery processes, clinical roles, policies, and standards preferably gained in the PHSA, PHC, or VCH environment.
