Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including online modules, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional manuals, user guides, and presentation materials.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or instructional design role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other learning management systems.
