Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs, including online modules, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional manuals, user guides, and presentation materials.
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
