About the Role

Olympia Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our employees, including onboarding, compliance, and performance improvement.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures for training programs, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures related to training and development, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Staff Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs related to training and development, ensuring timely completion and effective results.
  • Work Environment: Oversee the work environment to ensure a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Education, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in training and development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, judgment, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Work Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
