Job Title: Learning and Development Analyst

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Analyst to join our team. As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing effective training programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop training solutions
  • Design and deliver training programs, including online modules, workshops, and individual training sessions
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, videos, and instructional manuals
  • Coordinate with the corporate Learning and Development team to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for future training initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, corporate training analysis, or a related field
  • Proven ability to drive adoption through change management methodologies, communication, and education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including expertise in technical writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with BC Health Authorities
  • Certification from a training association is an asset
  • Degree/Diploma in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of hospital/clinical systems, care delivery processes, clinical roles, policies, and standards
