**About Us**
Niagara Taekwondo is a thriving martial arts school committed to providing outstanding training and programs to in Niagara Region. We are expanding and seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our administrative tasks.
- **Position**:Front Desk Office Administrator
- **Location**:Niagara Falls (7107 Kalar Road)
- **Type**:Part-time with an opportunity to become a full-time depending on the workload and capability

**Key Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of office administration experience.
- Experience in graphic design/marketing is an asset.
- Proficiency in computers and software systems, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive or Google Sheet.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with martial arts programs is an asset.
- Availability to work during evening hours (approximately 1pm to 8pm) - specific shifts to be discussed during the interview.
- 20-30 hours per week.

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- College diploma or higher preferred.
- Two to three years' management experience in an office setting.
- Familiarity with martial arts programs is an asset.
- Experience in graphic design/marketing is an asset.
- Proficient with Google Workspace software and phone systems.
- Possess a clean criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
- Have personal transportation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Interaction and Communication:_
- Greet and assist new customers and students, facilitating trial class bookings, sign-ups, and membership management.
- Handle customer’s inquiries and provide accurate information about our programs and memberships.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of membership prices and contracts.
- Administrative Tasks:_
- Perform data entry, input, and maintenance of online membership tracking software for the tracking of students, leads, and trials.
- Create and update customer accounts accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Facilitate sales and sign-ups for special events, camps, and merchandise.
- Operational Support:_
- Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness.
- Administer social media platforms.
- Maintain and track inventory.
- Collaborate with Manager and Head Instructors on daily agendas, programs, customer service, and inter-school communication.
- Collaborate in supporting overall company operations by maintaining office systems and overseeing staff.
