CGA (une société de NielsenIQ) comporte une équipe sympathique de consultantes et de consultants qui travaillent avec les principales marques d'alcool d'Amérique du Nord, fournissant à cette industrie dynamique et fascinante des informations de classe mondiale.

Notre travail aide les clients à suivre les tendances essentielles du marché, à comparer avec précision leurs performances à celles de leurs concurrents, à mieux comprendre les clients de leurs comptes nationaux, à activer plus efficacement les plans de marque, à lancer de nouveaux produits avec moins de risques et à déterminer quelle gamme de produits vous devriez finalement voir dans les bars et les menus de toute l'Amérique.

L'entreprise a mis en place des services aux États-Unis, au Canada et au Mexique et prévoit de se lancer sur d'autres marchés.

**À propos du rôle**
- Le poste de responsable des solutions clients est un poste axé sur le commerce qui fait partie intégrante du succès quotidien de nos relations avec les clients.
- Consultation avec votre portefeuille de clients sur les tendances du marché, leurs propres stratégies de marque et les opportunités et défis auxquels ils sont confrontés.
- Ce poste est conçu pour des personnes extraverties et engageantes, qui ont acquis une expérience des produits et du secteur au cours de leur carrière.
- Les personnes talentueuses ayant une expérience de qualité en tant que mixologues, ambassadeurs de marque ou dans les équipes commerciales de fournisseurs de boissons ou de distributeurs de bonne qualité ont tendance à bien réussir dans ce rôle.
- Ce rôle implique des déplacements réguliers pour des visites chez les clients.
- Expérience avérée en tant que fournisseur, distributeur ou détaillant de boissons sur place requise.
- Vous devez posséder un intérêt réel pour le secteur de l'alcool et une connaissance de ce secteur.
- Vous détenez des compétences en communication bilingue (anglais/français) - souhaitable
- Vous possédez l’intelligence, l’ambition et la motivation
- Vous devez avoir un réel désir de fournir un service client exceptionnel.
- Vous devez être une personne aimable, extravertie et capable de nouer rapidement des relations.
- Vous devez avoir un style de communication positif et persuasif.
- Vous devez avoir de la confiance et être en mesure de résoudre les problèmes sans microgestion.
- Diplôme postsecondaire en commerce, marketing ou communication
