**Job description**

Our Client with renowned experience in Real State is seeking a dynamic and highly organized **Bilingual Office Administrator with strong accounting skills** to join their real estate team. As a crucial member of their organization, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, utilizing your bilingual communication skills, and leveraging your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate **fluently in both English and French** to assist clients effectively.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing office documentation.
- Assist with **real state** transactions by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating with relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with basic accounting functions.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoicing processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of office procedures and workflow efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Bilingual proficiency in English and French to effectively communicate with clients.**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
