**Job type**: Full-time

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

**Salary**: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the _**Administrative Associate**_performs a wide range of confidential, administrative and bookkeeping duties supporting the overall operations for the Construction Association of New Brunswick Moncton Northeast (“CANBMN”). You will be the first point of contact for members, suppliers, community members, tenants, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Reception/Office Administration**:

- Oversees the Bid Depository by confirming general contractors prior to bid closing, tabulating results, preparing and distributing bid results and preparing rejection letters
- Processes orders for CCA and CCDC Documents and Seals
- Maintains and updates CINet database daily
- Coordinates and designs the Weekly Bulletin in collaboration with the Support Specialist
- Monitors and maintains inventory of necessary office supplies
- Monitors office equipment and systems, and resolves issues as needed
- Coordinates bookings and calendars for the training room and boardroom
- Coordinates meeting logistics schedules
- Takes minutes of meetings
- Prepares communication and materials for Board meetings
- General administrative support as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Bookkeeping**:

- Performs all bookkeeping functions using Quickbooks Online
- Prepares all payroll using WagePoint
- Processes credit card payments for on-site payments, bank deposits, payment coordination

**Education & Experience**:

- Formal education in Office Administration or equivalent combination of education and career experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Quickbooks experience essential

**Skills**:

- Possesses a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent problem solving & time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in French an asset, but not required

**Requirements**:

- Clear criminal record check
