**What You’ll Do**:

- **Strategic Recruitment Planning**: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract international students, collaborating closely with the Manager of International Recruitment and Marketing.
- **Global Representation**: Serve as an ambassador for the University, representing our institution worldwide through recruitment events, fairs, and information sessions.
- **Research and Recommendations**: Stay abreast of international recruitment trends, researching and recommending new strategies to enhance our global reach and effectiveness.
- **Partner Engagement**: Act as the primary liaison for recruitment with partner schools, nurturing relationships and coordinating recruitment efforts.
- **Budget Management**: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet recruitment goals.
- **Student Engagement**: Engage with prospective students, providing guidance on academic programs, admission processes, and campus life to facilitate informed decisions.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline the admission process and enhance the overall student experience.
- **Data Analysis and Evaluation**: Monitor recruitment metrics and digital analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies, generating reports and presenting findings to inform future decisions.
- **Promotional Campaigns**: Collaborate with the International Communications and Marketing Coordinator to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns targeting international audiences.
- **Leadership and Support**: Provide guidance, feedback, and assistance to recruiters, and act as interim Manager when needed, contributing to the overall management and improvement of recruitment services.

Position Requirements

**What You’ll Bring to the Position**:

- Completion of an Undergraduate degree; and
- 3-5 years of related international student recruitment experience.

**Skills That Will Ensure Your Success in this Role**:

- Must demonstrate strength in communication and interpersonal skills;
- Must be a dynamic and approachable individual;
- Comfortable with public speaking while having the ability to effectively engage in a wide range of audiences;
- Demonstrate the ability to create rapport and connect with students, parents, university administrators, agents and high school counselors from diverse backgrounds;
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Canadian university system and international student admission criteria;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Must be a self-starter, and work extremely well in a team setting;
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and diverse environment;
- Demonstrate the ability and experience in building a connection with the international student community.
- Demonstrated awareness of cultural differences and has an understanding of how to connect and convey a message to audiences from various cultural backgrounds;
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to ever-changing circumstances while travelling;
- Demonstrate the ability to remain patient and calm under high pressure;
