PURPOSE:
To build cross-functional partnership with Marketing and Sales and develop capabilities within the existing marketing team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:
- Building relationships: Working with partners, such as distributors and agents, to establish and maintain relationships- Developing strategies: Creating strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement- Managing marketing: Managing a company's public relations and marketing efforts- Working with shop managers: Collaborating with shop managers to align on strategies, goals, and performance expectation- Identify and use tools to improve the relationship between an audience and a provider- Collaborate with cross-functional teams- Analyze data to determine which audience engagement techniques are successful and which need to be improved- Encouraging consumers to use or expand their use of a service or product- Developing relationships with users online, over the phone, or in person- Managing customer interactions- Providing solutions to customer issues

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in CPG or Food Industry- B.A./B.S. in Marketing is required;- Experience coaching and developing marketing professionals- Advanced analytical skills and experience harnessing technology to share insights and information- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to stand alone and influence both up and down within and outside the organization- Build from scratch mentality with the ability to institute new standardized processes and establish a consistent, disciplined approach to how we operate- A drive, commitment and sense of urgency that inspires others to be their best and achieve results- Advanced proficiency in
