- **Insurance Policy Oversight**: Maintain and update client insurance records to ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- **Documentation Audits**: Audit funding documents for accuracy and completeness, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- **Funding Packages**: Assemble and submit funding packages promptly to ensure timely processing.
- **Lease Maturities Management**: Track and manage lease maturity schedules, providing proactive communication and solutions to clients.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain digital and physical records to ensure accessibility and compliance with regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in automotive leasing or a related field is highly beneficial.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
- Administrative proficiency, including familiarity with leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of automotive terminology and processes is a plus.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
