**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
**Skills**:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in auto dealer office setting is a plus, not rquired.
- Proficient in computerized systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain organized records
- General administrative skills such as typing, copying, scanning, and faxing
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures
**Salary**: $16.50-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
**Education**:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Toronto, ON M2N 5M9 (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Toronto, ON M2N 5M9: Relocate before starting work (required)
