We are seeking a motivated and creative **Marketing Intern** willing to learn and progress in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the **Marketing and Communications Coordinator,** we are counting on our Marketing Intern to assist in developing and optimizing our communications channels.

For over 70 years Crowe BGK has been a continuously growing independent accounting firm with offices in Montreal and Ottawa. Our affiliation with a top 10 largest global accounting network, Crowe Global, gives us borderless access to international expertise. Crowe BGK provides a full suite of accounting, domestic and international tax, corporate finance and business advisory solutions to individuals and corporate clients in diverse industries across Quebec, Ontario and around the world.

**Position Profile**:
As a Marketing Intern you would be responsible for:

- Assisting in managing and curating content for Crowe BGK’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Supporting the coordination and execution of corporate events and marketing initiatives
- Helping with maintaining and updating the firm’s website and SharePoint
- Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to develop creative ideas for campaigns
- Monitoring analytics and suggest improvements to boost engagement across platforms
- Assisting in drafting internal and external communications, including newsletters, blog posts, and announcements
- Assisting with design and creation of marketing tools for upcoming events and presentations
- Promoting the Crowe BGK brand
- Performing other related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Enrolled in a university program in an appropriate discipline (marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or other related field).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Proficient in Adobe’s Creative Suite (an asset).
- Strong familiarity with social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and social media trends.
- Proactive, disciplined, highly motivated and self-initiating.
- Professional, detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, results-driven.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
- A creative and strong writer in content. Has the ability to write clearly and concisely. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in writing.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and French.
- Previous professional social media and marketing experience is considered an asset.
