**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain our clinic's website, ensuring functionality, usability, and responsiveness across devices
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and digital marketing
- Assist with additional marketing activities and projects as needed
- Assist the team with any IT issues, as needed
- Act as an administrator on multiple software used by the clinic, including VoIP phones, Networks, etc

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in web development, including proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the healthcare or aesthetics industry is a plus
