Who we are:
At GPS Tracking Canada, we help companies with vehicles save money on fuel costs, labour costs and increase customer service, by providing vehicle tracking solutions that report live and historical vehicle locations as well as many more features that measure vehicle use, employee productivity and customer service.

JOB DUTIES

Supervise existing technical support staff and provide direction with a "hands on" approach with regards to:

- Case management / problem solving
- Client onboarding
- Customer success management
- Project work - testing / evaluating new products and services
- Evaluate, trouble-shoot, log and follow-up on client training and client issues
- Engage the sales department when opportunities are identified
- Web site work with Wordpress
- SEO activities

Reporting directly to and working closely with the business owner to report:

- Staffing issues and progress
- Creating company guidelines and policy

QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience with technology, customer service, client training and developing training programs
- _Hands on_ experience supervising technical support staff, hiring, firing, measuring and reporting KPIs for staff as well as for yourself
- Project management experience with regards to testing and evaluating products and services and you are good at setting and meeting deadlines
- Enthusiastic, team approach to helping clients and growing the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including proper spelling and grammar are essential
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work quickly, under pressure, understand priorities and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills. You are efficient in accomplishing tasks. You accomplish tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Wordpress and SEO

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
