PaayaTech Inc., a Legal Technology Software company located in Mississauga, ON, is currently looking for a technical support specialist with computer knowledge to be able to provide first level support of our products with our current clients. Knowledge of computer programming, networking and SQL programming is required.

**YOU WILL**:

- Respond to Helpdesk inquiries, log calls in the services ticketing system, and assist users in problem resolution.
- Install or upgrade our software products on client’s server.
- Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for our custom software or products.
- Help supplement documentation by converting answers discovered while supporting customers and converting the information into official learning resources content.
- Maintain our internal Azure Infrastructure.
- Use Azure DevOps to deploy our software to Microsoft Azure environment (QA or production).
- Automating the repetitive works (if any) by PowerShell script programming.
- Present our products to clients or prospects in form of presentation or webinar.
- Provide training of our products to the clients.

**THE ESSENTIALS**:

- College diploma related to Computer Systems or Computer Software
- Knowledge of programming or power-shell scripting is a must.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL scripting is a must.
- Microsoft Certification in Azure infrastructure is an asset
- Network + Certification is an asset
- You have a minimum experience of 2 years within a customer service oriented and IT environment.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are results focused and reliable; always maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
- You have a strong knowledge of ticketing management systems.
- Understanding of network peripheral devices is an asset.
- You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to solve a variety of problems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Customer driven - technically oriented while maintaining the ability to positively interact with non-technical clients.
