1st Choice Construction Site Services is a family-owned and operated business specializing in construction waste management. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, we take pride in delivering reliable and professional services to our clients. As our business grows, we’re looking for a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance and Accounting**:
- Manage accounts receivable collections and invoicing.
- Manage Sales Orders and POs
- Process accounts payable and payroll.
- Monitor cash flow and pay bills.
**Operations and Administration**:
- Create purchase orders and manage sales orders.
- Schedule work orders and coordinate daily operations.
- Maintain safety and maintenance records.
- Order parts and supplies as needed.
- Prepare sales proposals using company templates.
**Marketing Support**:
- Post updates and content on social media platforms.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in office administration or a related role.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance in a construction setting is an asset.
