We are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our office in Edmonton, Canada.
About the Role
This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage office operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Office Operations: Oversee scheduling, correspondence, and file management to ensure a productive work environment.
- Supervise Administrative Staff: Provide guidance and training to administrative staff as needed.
- Develop and Implement Policies: Create and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain Office Supplies and Equipment: Ensure all equipment and supplies are functional and maintained properly.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
