The role of the Operations Administrator is to provide administrative support and assistance for all divisions including Projects, Project Development, Estimating, Safety, Marketing and General Office Administration.

**Specifically, the key responsibilities of Operations Administrator are (but not limited to)**:

- Work closely to support the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Foreman/Superintendent with the administration related to projects using Vista ERP software.
- Drafting prime contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders as required and tracking status of documents under the direction of the Project Manager.
- Create, send and process all change orders to the prime contract and subcontracts.
- Create and maintain logs for all drawings, submittals, RFI’s, and change orders.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance documents.
- Communicates change orders, requests for information and shop drawings.
- Assist with project start-up and close out documents.
- Coordinate and prepare operations and maintenance manuals.
- Drafting agendas, minutes of meetings and miscellaneous correspondence.
- General office administration including reception, deliveries, office supplies, etc.
- Other adhoc duties as requested from Estimating, Project Development, Marketing and Safety Departments.

**Requirements**:

- +2 years administrative experience in a commercial/industrial/multi-unit residential construction management environment.
- Demonstrated ability of high attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability with the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
- Demonstrated ability with written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and use of Vista ERP system.
