**JOB OVERVIEW**
Reporting to the Edmonton Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator, is responsible for providing support to our busy Edmonton regional operations. This role’s main responsibilities include data searches and system setups for new projects, monitoring and coordination of LEMs, providing general administrative and office support, travel bookings, being the main point of contact for incoming phone enquiries including taking and redirecting calls, maintaining project databases and other data entry tasks, supply ordering, oversee incoming and outgoing packages and mail and assist with the coordination of various corporate and office events.
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2 + years’ experience in the Survey/Geomatics or related industry an asset
- Familiarity with Field Timesheets (LEMs) processes and procedures an asset
- Understanding of Job Set Ups for Legal Survey work including conducting Searches and building Field Packages an asset
- Intermediate Level Computer Skills including MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Teams
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative is essential
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
- Desire to train and learn new skills
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Assist Operations personnel with project set up, tracking, analysis, reporting and closing requirement
- Assist Operations in the preparation and coordination of LEMs
- Respond to and re-direct incoming calls; greet and direct visitors and clients
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
- Assist members of the Edmonton team with administrative duties and special projects as required
- Draft documents, maintain databases, create tracking sheets as required
**Salary**: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
