**Position Overview**:
At Phantom Compliance, we’re all about efficiency, innovation, and client-centricity. We’re seeking a full-time **Customer Support Executive** to join our Calgary team. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our commitment to customer service excellence. As the primary point of contact for client queries, you’ll provide expert insights into our products and services, all while handling sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. **Is this role right for you?**
- You have 1-2 years of industry-related experience and a basic understanding of finance/banking knowledge.
- University Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You enjoy working as the welcoming face and voice of our company, addressing client inquiries and showcasing our innovative solutions effectively.
- You take pride in collecting sensitive data, compiling weekly client reports, and managing correspondence with unparalleled accuracy.
- You safeguard client data with meticulous attention, maintaining both accuracy and confidentiality.

- Your proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides), Slack, HubSpot enables you to reach out to clients in 24 hours.
- You have excellent sales management experience and have the ability to present yourself, the products and the company professionally.
- You are a relationship builder who is focused on providing a great client experience while fostering relationships with your teams.
**Bonus points if you have**.
- Knowledgeable about KYC and reporting requirements from FINTRAC and FinCEN.
- Familiarity with AML/ATF regulations and risk mitigation strategies.
