**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely payment of invoices for all entities.
- Receive, organize, code, batch, and input all invoices.
- Match cheques to approved invoices.
- Communicate regularly with internal customers to validate expenditures.
- Create ACH/Wire payments for GST, HST, WSIB, and Corporate Taxes monthly.
- Verify input reports and make appropriate corrections.
- Maintain pending payable files until documentation is received and cheques are processed.
- Obtain approval for disbursements, ensuring expenditures stay within authority levels.
- Initiate the weekly cheque run and month-end close process.
- Prepare journal entries for month-end accruals.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and balance sheet accounts analysis.
- Reconcile vendor statements and communicate with vendors as required.
- Prepare files for the annual archiving exercise.
- Maintains documentation for supplier files.
- Keep knowledge current and offer input on relevant issues or concerns.
- Perform other administrative functions and related duties as assigned.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Secondary education or equivalent, with a certificate or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of direct work experience in accounts payable.

Energetic, self-motivated, alert, and results-focused.

Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.

Proficiency with SAP Business One and QuickBooks for desktop is an asset.

**Additional Information**:

- **Salary Range**: $48,000 - $55,000 annually
- **Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, unless advised otherwise by management.
- **Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent (In-Office Position)
- **Benefits**: Available for this role.
- **Expected Start Date**: As early as possible
