Logistics Coordinator/safety Administrator

We are seeking a **Logistics Coordinator/Safety Administrator **with experience in a trucking Company for our **Victoria Terminal.**
**We are seeking**:
- 1- 2 years experience in a Dispatch/ Logistics role within the Transportation Industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience with trucking dispatch software preferred.
- Monitoring First Aid and all safety related certificates/records to ensure they remain current
- Coordinate COR audit and ensure all recommendations are addressed in a timely manner
- Organize and participate in the Joint Occupational Health and Safety committee & monthly meetings
- Coordinate distribution of safety material to all branch locations
- Maintain all health and safety related files
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Be the point of contact for all health and safety knowledge and questions.
- Ensure all accident and incident reporting is completed correctly and processed as required
- General safety-related & administrative duties as required
- Experience in a supervisor's role.
- Proven ability to do well in a dynamic and detail orientated position.
- A person who is approachable, has a positive demeanor with a hands-on and team-oriented work style.
