**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage inbound shipments from overseas to our North American warehouses
- Manage outbound shipments from our North American warehouses to customers.
- Transfer inventory between warehouses
- Negotiate competitive freight rates
- Process Cross border paperwork
- Order entry/billing
- Other duties as assigned

- Highly Adaptable to Changes in a Fast Paced Environment
- Detail Oriented
- Strong time management, organizational, multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience working with and analyzing large volumes of spreadsheet data is preferred
- Understanding of accounting principles (accounts payable/accounts receivable)
- Post Secondary Experience Required or Relevant Experience
- Logistics Experience Preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
