**Logistics & Administration Manager - Join Our Dynamic Team**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Logistics & Administration Manager** to lead our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a team of at least three people, ensuring efficient delegation and completion of tasks.
- Thrive under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines while prioritizing and accurately executing work.
- Uphold accuracy in all tasks and projects, demonstrating proficiency in basic accounting practices and principles.
- Ability to analyze reports and ensure data is up to date daily.
- Facilitator and a quick learner with the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Logistics and international shipping experience an asset.
- Exhibit professional and effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, and related software.
- Lead by example, fostering a supportive environment that encourages team growth and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a minimum of 3 people at the same time.
- Strong background in accounting, math, and analytical problem solving.
- Budgeting and inventory control experience.
- Knowledge of international logistics is an asset, but not a requirement.

**Requirements**:
**Benefits**:

- Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, negotiable based on experience and skills.
- Extended health care.
- Comprehensive group benefit plan after a probationary period.

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
