**Position Title**:Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

**Department**:Administration

**Reports to**:Controller and Administration Manager

**Overview**

The position is responsible for providing a welcoming reception to members and guests at the front desk, and providing administrative support as needed.

**Terms of Employment**

This is a full-time position. Schedule will vary based on business levels.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reception and Reservation:

- Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive at the clubhouse
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Receive and sign for mail and packages
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Field dining and special event reservations and inquiries
- Administration:

- Provide administrative support across the organization
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Other Duties:

- Assist other members of the administration department including accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (i.e. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance with excellent customer service attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- High standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
- Proven ability to be proactive and use good judgement
- Must be responsible, dependable, and work well with various departmental managers and staff
- Basic level of accounting

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$39,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
