Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Qualifications and job requirements**:
- Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computers skills and Microsoft Office Software.
- Strong time management skill
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a small to mid-size office environment
- You understand the importance of meeting deadlines
- You are outgoing and able to communicate effectively and in a positive, friendly manner
- You have excellent organization skills and are detail-oriented
- You thrive under pressure and excel at multitasking
- You are computer literate in MS Office, have experience working on a multi-line phone system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be fluent in English
- Skilled in a Windows Office environment, knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, a must
**Major Responsibilities**
- Answer and directing incoming telephone calls
- Process and mail/E-mail outgoing invoices and incoming packing list receipts
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service on phone
- Match invoices & backup when requested
- Sort Work Order form to match incoming receiving slips
- E-mail invoices and customer statements when required
- Assist A/P in matching P.O./Packing Slips when required
- Process credit card payments
- Other projects/tasks as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: From $30,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
