Administrative Assistant/receptionist

We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department.
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with organising meetings and events as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle calls in a professional manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
