We are looking for a responsible receptionist for administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Receptionist include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Required days/hours may vary, however approx. 3-4 days per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide support and direction to suppliers
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of office equipment

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5N 1A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
