**We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant to join our team in Montreal.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Managing the Partner’s overall practice
- Responsible for Partner’s billing and collections (A/P)
- Maintaining up to date agenda on behalf of the Partner
- Creating daily task list
- Processing prepared financial statements, including formatting, updating, processing, tracking, etc.
- Processing prepared personal tax, corporate tax and trust returns for clients
- Invoicing clients
- Processing general correspondence
- Ensuring proactive and efficient communication with partners, managers and clients
- General administrative support for team
- Other related administrative duties as required

**What you need to succeed**:

- 3-5 years of experience in an office environment (experience at an accounting firm an asset)
- Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly
- Ability to respond to Partner’s requests in a timely manner
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients
- Knowledge of Tax Prep, Case Ware, Case View, an asset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed and be on-site in our Montreal office
