**Responsibilities**:
As a Used Car Manager, you will:
Source Quality Inventory: Utilize your expertise to identify, appraise, and acquire top-quality used vehicles through various channels.

Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, conduct regular market analyses, and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service by delivering reliable, clean, and well-maintained used vehicles, fostering trust and repeat business.

Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory, ensuring a diverse selection, timely turnover, and adherence to dealership standards.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns to boost sales and maximize revenue.

**Qualifications**:
Proven Experience: Successful experience in the used car industry, preferably in a managerial role.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for assessing vehicle condition and value.

Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the used car market, pricing trends, and popular vehicle models.

Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, coaching skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.

Customer Focus: Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and building lasting customer relationships.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers, team members, and vendors.

Technology: Proficiency in using automotive inventory management systems and other related software.
