Red Deer, Canada Precision Well Servicing Full time

The** Payroll Administrator **will be responsible for reviewing and verifying all hourly payroll information and maintaining HRIS records.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

- Daily rig and downtime ticket review
- Collect and verify payroll information submitted by departments
- Assist with employee new hire, rehire and termination paperwork
- Personnel file maintenance (hard copy and electronic)
- Coordinate with other payroll team members in answering the Payroll Help Line, provide excellent customer service and guidance to employees on payroll related issues
- Additional duties of a similar nature, as assigned by senior payroll staff
- Ability to work on weekends or general holidays when required

Qualifications and Experience:

- 2+ years of Administrative experience in an office environment
- Experience in a payroll environment would be preferred
- Previous experience working in Oil & Gas considered a strong asset
- Excellent customer service background

Skills & Knowledge:

- Ability to promote a positive, cohesive team environment
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Effective prioritization & organizational skills in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
