Payroll & HR Administrator - Full Time

As a **Payroll & HR Administrator **at **Taylor View Towers**, we seek the following skills and attributes:

- Strong internal and external stakeholder relationship building skills with Residents, family members to ensure the vibrancy of our community

- Providing Community information and touring potential residents
- Adhering to Wellness Strategies
- Performs other services/duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Payworks (HRIS)
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good ability of working efficiently in a team environment experience with HR investigations
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality, handle sensitive information in an appropriate manner, and exercise good judgment
Policy & Procedure writing, reviewing experience
Qualifications:
- Human Resources Management Certificate or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in payroll, benefits administration and HR operations
- Experience with Alberta labour laws, employment standards and HR best practices
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Teams, and PayWorks.
- Prior to employment, obtain a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector check
