**Position Job Title**:Operations Coordinator
**Location**: New Westminster, BC
**Work Type**:Onsite, Full Time
**Working hours**:Regular office hours
**Pay**:$50,000 - $55,000 annually

**What Will You Do?**
- Provide crucial assistance to the Manager in day-to-day activities, ensuring meticulous preparation and review of reports with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
- Strategically coordinate projects, meticulously planning and arranging logistics.
- Deliver comprehensive meeting notes and background information, ensuring seamless preparation for each team meeting.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers to ensure best prices and services
- Drive project management initiatives, overseeing tasks, timelines, and processing orders to guarantee adherence to critical deadlines.
- Implement effective follow-up procedures with teams and departments, ensuring operational objectives are met consistently.
- Draft and refine a spectrum of documents, including highly confidential correspondence, memoranda, contracts, and proposals
- Demonstrate adeptness in report and correspondence preparation, showcasing polished writing and editing skills.
- Contribute proactively to ad-hoc projects and events, ensuring a seamless integration of administrative support.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes with precision.
- Maintain a well-organized digital filing system, ensuring accessibility and rapid information retrieval.
- Expertly screen and distribute incoming communications promptly, formulating articulate responses when required.
- Conduct thorough research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns with a strategic approach.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments, coordinating activities and assigned project work.
- Execute clerical duties with precision, including photocopying, scanning, and uploading to folders.
- Evaluate and enhance operating practices to optimize efficiency.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned with a commitment to excellence.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, economics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the Education Industry - Project Management, or Education Operations. (Experience in the education industry is a mandate requirement.)
