**Primary Job Duties**:
People & Culture Function - shared with team
- Assist with the administration and tracking of various HR programs including training, recognition and uniform management that maintain the regulatory framework for employees so that compliance to regulations and internal processes are met
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance of Human Resource (HR) programs to meet or exceed company targets with quality customer service so that the culture is diverse, inclusive and engaging
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding to offboarding to ensure an engaging experience supporting both the employees and managers
- To continually improve the human resource processes for greater service or transparency
- Maintain a consistent, confidential document management system for filing and retrieval by all relevant employee materials

**Application Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills and multi-tasking abilities to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Prior administrative experience is an asset
- Logistics for events and meetings experience an asset
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Valid driver’s license required due to occasional regional travel to other worksites on Vancouver Island

**Special Requirements**:

- Prerequisite to hiring include reference checks and criminal record check
- Only applicants who are legally allowed to work in Canada will be considered

This permanent full-time position is based out of our Campbell River head office and works Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with some flexibility required for travel and events.
